Alex Evans
FOUNDER, writer, singer
I’m Alex, and I do a bit of everything! I started Club Mob in 2014. I wrote this website, and I also write all of our arrangements - so get ready to get to know me! I perform with my team as often as possible, because surprising people is my absolute favourite thing to do. I’ve been singing and dancing since I could talk and walk, and I graduated from LAMDA in 2012, wanting to combine my love of performing, and surprising people. And Club Mob, and The Tailors, was born!
Josh Manning
SINGER, guitarist
Josh has been with Club Mob since 2017, and with his crazy vocal range, versatility and comic timing, he’s had a huge hand in developing the Tailors concept. He’s also a phenomenal guitarist.
Josh trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, is a classically trained Bass/Baritone singer and plays numerous instruments to a professional standard including Guitar, Bass and Piano. He’s performed with companies such as The National Theatre, National Theatre of Scotland, Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Manchester Royal Exchange and West Yorkshire Playhouse.
Maddy Joyce
Writer, Singer
Our newest Tailor, Maddy, has the most incredible voice and brings to life anything she sings with humour and of course her gorgeous tone! We are so lucky to have found her (Josh takes credit for that!)
Originally from Australia, Maddy has been an ‘Aussie-in-London’ since 2015, graduating from the Royal Academy of Music in 2017. She has WOWED audiences at Royal Festival Hall, London Coliseum and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe! Not limited to opera, Maddy will sing just about genre you put in front of her, and has enjoyed working as an actor and voice coach alongside her singing career.
Liam Holmes
Singer, guitarist, beatboxer
Liam is one of the most unique performers we’ve ever met! His crazy vocal skills are one thing, but it’s his wonderful Essex brand of comedy that really brings his performances to life - a showman through and through. Plus, he can beatbox like a demon.
Outside of Club Mob, Liam Holmes is best known for his original and cover songs, and his music production. His main influences include Michael Jackson, The Beatles, and Brian Mcknight and can always be found performing his songs across Essex & London.
Cassandra McCowan
Singer
Cass was cast on our FIRST EVER Tailors gig, back before we even really knew what we were doing, back in 2016. She has the most incredible, soulful and powerful voice. She left to go back to New Zealand during COVID and when she came back last year, we snapped her back up straight away!!!
Originally from Aotearoa, Cassandra trained as an opera singer in New Zealand before gaining her Masters from Guildford School of Acting. Cassandra's career highlights so far include opening for Sting and Rod Stewart at ‘The Mission Concert’, being an original West End cast member of ‘School of Rock’, and singing opera to the penguins in Antarctica.
Naomi Cook
Singer, Cellist
Naomi auditioned for us in 2022 after graduating from the Guildford School of Acting, and absolutely blew us away. She has a pure, sweet voice and music knowledge that can’t be beaten… she’s a harmony queen! She also acts and plays the cello and some other instruments. We’re yet to find something she can’t do.
Naomi grew up making and singing silly parody songs with her cousin on walking holidays and so working with The Tailors has felt like a perfect grown-up extension of that! Her other pursuits involve singing with “The Dynamos Tribute”, and she has mainly worked in touring theatre companies in the past few years. She’s also a keen musician, playing cello, piano and a little guitar and is currently involved in workshopping a new Folk Musical with The Daywalkers Collective.
Steph MacGaraidh
Writer
Steph is yet another Scot to join our Tailors team - we were blown away by her comic timing and improvisation skills. Not to mention, what a beautiful soulful voice she has!
Steph graduated from Guildford School of Acting in 2018, and has since been lucky enough to perform across the UK with incredible companies including Oxford Shakespeare Co., Almost Tangible, Guildford Shakespeare Co., Gods and Monsters Theatre, Birdbrooke Entertainment, Blotched Ink Productions and Westminster Film School.
Marie McGonigle
Singer
Marie absolutely exudes warmth and love wherever she goes - plus, she’s a hoot. And her gorgeous, sultry voice can’t be rivalled, in our opinion. A triple threat, Marie has incredible credits in singing, dancing, and acting.
Marie is a member of Urban Voices Collective and has performed as a vocalist at events such as The Olympics closing ceremony, The BAFTAs, The Royal Variety Show, The BBC Proms, BBC Music Awards. She also performs and writes with her family, performing original music under the name The McGonigles (www.themcgonigles.com!) She has featured on live TV on many occasions including 'So You Think You Can Dance' and 'Strictly Come Dancing’, won the BBC TV Series 'DanceX', and has acted in a variety of short films, feature films and TV roles.
Oktam Sapayev
Violinist
I first met Oktam behind the scenes at a nightclub we were both working at, many years ago! He blew me away with his violin skills then, and still does today - and his improvisation skills are second to none. He joins us for many proposals and can be booked as an extra for indoor events too!
Oktam Violin is a leading electric violinist and an established musician on London’s event and nightclub scene. He collaborates with exceptional DJs and musicians, creating a wonderfully unique and unforgettable performance.

Ben Soyza
videographer, editor
Our in house content creator & videographer, Ben, originally joined Club Mob as a dancer before branching into media. His amazing understanding of performance helps him capture our surprises beautifully behind the lens, and he also creates the most incredible wedding and event videos. Ben has worked in the content industry for 5 years, specialising in live events and creating content for brands. His eye for detail and storytelling can’t be rivalled, and he always goes above and beyond to bring each client’s vision to life on camera!
Lucas Reid

Our brilliant videographer, Lucas, has a wealth of experience filming live events, and weddings. Many of our proposals were filmed by Lucas, and he can also be booked as a videographer for your entire event. To see more of his wedding work, get in touch and we can send you some clips!
Lucas has worked in the video industry for 10 years, specialising in live events such as weddings, performances and flash mobs. He’s worked all over Europe with dancers, musicians, couples and companies to capture their energy and help them share it with their followers, families and friends!
